Taste: Intense aroma of extracted coffee essence oil, long- lasting in mouth giving a sensation of having tasted a high quality truffle chocolate.
Taste conclusion: Chewy sensation, long-lasting flavour of non-roasted coffee.
Ideal with: Chocolate preparations. Milk cream. Smoked foods. Game meat, such as hares/rabbits.
