Aroma: Intense citric aroma, with a hint of lemon leaves but with a spicy touch. Slight scent of perfume, very characteristic of ginger. It is important to allow oxygen to interact in order to distinguish aromas.
Nose conclusion: Spicy, with a citric fragrance. Fresh, Floral.
Taste: All tasteful characteristics of ginger are detected through the passage in the mouth. Spicy fresh lemon taste, without acidity. Ideal for fish and seafood dishes as well as caramelized recipes.
Taste conclusion: Intense citric aromas, that reminds of Asia, but at the same time very Mediterranean.
Ideal with: Marinated white fish. White meats. Raw fish. Oysters, clams. Lemon cakes or biscuits. Ice cream.
