Aroma: Right away, and from inside the jar, a very sweet and warm aroma is detected. Reminiscence of pastries and banana desserts with vanilla of Madagascar.
Nose conclusion: Bakery aromas.
Taste: Once a few drops are tasted, a whole array of sweet hints appear, as well as spicy notes, warm and intense, as found in the natural vanilla plant of Madagascar. It is a very sticky oil to the mouth.
Taste conclusion: Olive oil converted into butter. Ideal for a healthy Mediterranean diet, since we can use it as substitute in many baking recipes where butter is present.
Ideal with: Caramelized potatoes. White flesh fish, such as hake. Fruit sautées for desserts as with peaches. Poultry breasts.
