Aroma: Once in contact with oxygen, the intense floral aromas are awakened, reminding of the cherry fruit in its maximum expression, but with a light sour touch that evokes a green almond or even to the own cherry blossom.
Nose conclusion: Oils converted into perfume. Fresh, fruity and floral. Bitter yet sweet.
Taste: Here is the biggest discovery : Intense aroma, holding on the retro-taste and the persistence in mouth. Aromas and flavours of ripened as well as green fruits, that remind of flowers. Intense sweetness.
Taste conclusion: Chewy sensation with cherry persistence.
Ideal with: Marinated salmon. Cola soft drinks, for example : cola gelatin with whipped cream mixed with this oil. Chocolate preparations. White meats. Vegetable salads with flowers.
